How we operate…
In order for things to be as easy as possible for both our companies we have provided fill in sheets allowing quick turn around at the start of the design process. We work as follows:
- A PDF copy of the existing and proposed drawings is required along with any information to be forwarded to us by email.
- Once we have received your information and drawings we will work up your quote and return it to you.
- Once you have accepted the quote we require your drawing sent over in the format stated on the Drawing Format sheet, along with a completed Project information sheet which gives the individual requirements of your job.
- At this point architects usually have structural engineer’s information completed, which should be forwarded for us to include in the package.
- We begin and complete the job to the date we have agreed forwarding a full finished package in PDF format. We also include a specification as well as a working drawing in DWG format.
No site visit is required and any more information will be attained via email/photos. What is and is not included within the drawing package is stated within the General Information Sheet.
